Tatyanna holds an honors degree from UCSC in Women’s Studies and a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute. She attended the PhD program for Classical Chinese Medicine at American University of Complementary Medicine in Los Angeles and completed two two-year intensive programs in Advanced Chinese Herbology and Clinical Uses of Essential Oils involving monthly commutes to New York. She has studied in the US and China with Dr. Wang Ju-Yi, internationally acclaimed master of meridian systems and is a senior student of Jeffrey Yuen, 88th generation lineage holder with unparalleled knowledge of the roots and applications of Classical Chinese Medicine.
In addition to acupuncture, eastern and western herbology and aromatherapy, Tatyanna has in-depth training and over 17 years’ experience in acupressure, massage, and nutritional therapy. Tatyanna’s special interest lies in women’s health, endocrinology and immunology. She takes great pleasure in working with mothers and is grateful to be a part of the south bay birth community. She believes wholeheartedly in natural birth and the ability to heal and works with her patients with utmost dedication to that end.
